We jump into action

Express to Expose 
The first thing I do upon waking up in the morning is sit on the edge of my bed for a minute or two and thanking God for letting me wake up from a sleep. Waking up from a sleep is never a guarantee. so I also end the day with a prayer as I’m drifting off.

That’s beautiful. Something we definitely should all do. It can be difficult to sort through the madness the day brings. But with God’s help we can find our peace.
